There are two tag pages, one for all article with a tag and another for all user articles with the tag. Each page has a section for all articles with the tag, while the user tag page also has a section for all user articles with the tag.
All Articles With Tag

Tag page that shows all articles with the tag in an easily searchable display.
All User Articles With Tag
User Tag Page
Tag page that show all user articles with the tag as well as the option to view all articles with the tag. Both parts are arranged so that the articles are easily searchable.
